Terms and Conditions

REMY ESTHETICS

By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or receiving services from REMY ESTHETICS, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

A valid phone number and/or email address is required to secure bookings.

Certain services may require a deposit to confirm the appointment.


Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations.

Clients may reschedule up to two times with proper notice.

Any rescheduling beyond the second instance will incur a $30 rescheduling fee.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $30 fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $30 cancellation fee.


Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to receive your full service.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment.

Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show and will incur a $30 fee.


No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice will incur a $30 no-show fee.

A 50% deposit may be required to book future appointments after a no-show.

Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges or permanent booking restrictions.


Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

All services, packages, memberships, and deposits are non-refundable.

Unused services are non-transferable.


Product Orders – Pickup or Delivery

A $30 deposit is required to reserve and prepare skincare product orders.

If two scheduled pickup dates are missed, the deposit will be forfeited.

Full payment may be required upfront for future product orders.


Health & Treatment Consent

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and skin concerns prior to treatment.

REMY ESTHETICS is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.

Individual results vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.


Communication Consent (A2P-Compliant)

By booking an appointment or submitting your contact information, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, and service-related communications via SMS or email from REMY ESTHETICS.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or by using the unsubscribe link in emails.


Right to Refuse Service

REMY ESTHETICS reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

Client behavior is inappropriate or disrespectful

Health disclosures are incomplete or inaccurate

Policies are repeatedly violated


Policy Changes

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice. The most current version will always be available through REMY ESTHETICS’ official channels.
